This October, Chef Andrew Black welcomes award-winning Jamaican chef André Fowles to Oklahoma City for a special series of events celebrating food, culture, and the stories that bring people together around the table.

Chef Fowles brings a deeply personal approach to Jamaican cuisine, shaped by the flavors, traditions, and ingredients of his home. Together, he and Chef Black will bring their distinct culinary perspectives to the table for a collaboration created especially for Oklahoma City.

The series begins October 15th at Perle Mesta with a Meet & Greet, offering guests the opportunity to spend time with both chefs, recieve a copy of André’s book, and enjoy a cocktail pairing with each ticket purchased.

From there, the experience moves to the kitchen for two collaborative dinner events on October 17th at Grey Sweater, and October 18th at Dougla Kitchen, featuring Chefs Fowles and Black. Each evening will explore their shared respect for bold flavor, thoughtful hospitality, and food with a story behind it, while giving each chef room to bring his own voice to the experience.
